Dear Gnome Maintainers,
I use an external USB Touchpad, and since the upgrade to GNOME 3.20, it is no
longer handled by gnome-control-center.
The touchpad settings no longer appear in the mouse settings panel. And if I
change the few remaining mouse settings, this has no effect, i.e. I can't set
the mouse speed and the natural scrolling.
Note that I have xorg-input-libinput installed, so this issue may be different
from the other ones that have been reported (hence this is why I made a
separate report).
Here is the relevant output from "xinput list":

Also note that I am still able to change the settings using the xinput command
line tool.
