Hi,

I'd like to have the option of migrating debusine
(https://freexian-team.pages.debian.net/debusine/) from requests to
httpx, since I've heard good things about the latter. One blocker is
that we currently rely on the responses library quite heavily in tests,
and so we'd need a replacement; the thing to use seems to be respx.

However, debusine needs to run on bookworm. Would you consider
maintaining a backport in bookworm-backports?

Thanks,
