I did a local test build of libxml-libxml-perl after the revert of
libxml2 to 2.9 (versioned as 2.12.7+dfsg+really2.9.14). The dependency
produced for libxml-libxml-perl contain libxml2 (>= 2.9), libxml2 (<<
2.10~) though.
