Please fix testing and unstable packages when patch tested.
This issue is  critical (DDOS).Problem easily reproduced with simple tools like 
dig.
Example: dig +bufize=32 domainame @dnsmasq_server
After sending this dnsmasq crashed.

This has been fixed in the past with dnsmasq 2.78-1.
