Dear maintainer,

dmidecode would be useful in debian-installer on riscv64 to detect the
BIOS provider (U-Boot or EDK2). Therefore, could you please enable the
udeb on riscv64 like it is done for the other architectures? I have
tested it's just about adding it to debian/control.

You might also want to enable it for loong64 to keep the architecture
list in sync between the deb and udeb.
