Package: jwchat
Severity: important

Currently jwchat supports debconf-configured apache vhost.

Nice in principle, but there are a few problems in the implementation:

One is forced to use an isolated virtual host solely for jwchat and
configured fully automatic.

What would make more sense was to ask separately for...

  * hostname (string: used to compose the jwchat conffile)
  * server(s) (list: used to compose httpd daemon snippets)

Should be simple to add snippets for lighttpd and nginx (and probably
others as well), if adding a symlink from english localized files to
non-localized ones - since apparently only apache supports proper
content-negotiation.

A concrete interest in this is for FreedomBox, which needs packages to
be fully automatically installed. Answering "none" to the debconf
question and then hacking "by hand" is not an option - as that will come
back and haunt us later if ever the jwchat conffile changes.
