This mirror is already part of the Debian mirror list. It looks like
it's not currently included on the list published on Debian's web site
because the mirror has been having issues keeping up to date -
according to our monitoring, earlier today it was 11 hours behind the
Debian archive.

If the mirror keeps up to date, it will automatically reappear on the
web site list of mirrors.

I'm going to close this bug now, as there's no action needed from the
Debian side.
