Dear Debian utidylib package miantainer,
Currently utidylib is not compatible with tidy-html5 5.8 in experimental. It
hardcodes old library names (libtidy5deb1, libtidy5) in build-dep and dep
list. Besides, the source code itself may also be incompatible with tidy-html5
5.8 due to API and format changes between tidy 5.6.0 and 5.8.0.
Please consider working with upstream to make the package compatible with new
tidy-html5 release for a smooth tidy library transition in Debian. Thanks!
Regards,
Boyuan Yang

The transition to tidy 5.8.x has finished. Closing this bug accordingly.
Thanks,
