Dear Maintainer,

In JOSM to use WebP imagery, you need to enable the ImageIO plugin (then
enable
WebP again in the settings) however doing so it appears to fetch jars from
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/nexus/service/local/repositories/central/content/com/twelvemonkeys/imageio/
.

It would be nice if this plugin was bundled with Debian JOSM, enabled by
default and setup to use the system libtwelvemonkeys-java.

Plugins and their dependencies all come from the JOSM project infrastructures,
we will not reintroduce the josm-plugins package.

Kind Regards,

Bas
