Hello,
upgrading a relative pristine redmine instance from deb 11 to 12 fails
with the following:

debian 12: apt upgrade --without-new-pkgs step

OK. As this bug was probably already fixed (otherwise Redmine likely wouldn’t
have been
able to run in bookworm for anyone) and as there is nothing we can
realistically do now
about bullseye to bookworm transitions, I am going to close this bug. But we
will want to
keep an eye out on the trixie transition and make sure it goes smoothly for
everyone.
