Hi,

This report is 8 years old, and it's not actionable. The FTP in question could have timed out for a large number of reasons.

From the backup-manager point of view, it's a connection error and the user needs to figure out a more reliable network connection.

So, closing this issue without a version, as I'm not saying the bug is fixed, but rather that we can't really fix it with this information and it's way too late to ask for more information.
