The packages mk-build-deps builds work on only one architecture, even if the
built package architecture is "all". This is because the generated package
always includes a dependency on "build-essential:<arch>", where <arch> is a
specific architecture.
Because of this limitation, when I need a build-depends package for a second
architecture, I must re-run mk-build-deps. This gives me a new package with
the same name and same architecture, but a different Depends line.
The problem is fixed with this 2-line patch, which removes the architecture
specification from "build-essential" when building an "all" package.
