Package: ntpsec-ntpviz
Version: 1.2.2+dfsg1-1+deb12u1
Severity: normal
File: /usr/sbin/ntplogtemp
X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]

Hi,

After installing ntpsec-ntpviz I am getting errors from ntplogtemp emailed to
me every 5 minutes. Running by hand gives the same error:

root@castle-combe:~# ntplogtemp -v
Unable to run temper-poll binary
# time, sensor, value
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/sbin/ntplogtemp", line 315, in <module>
    log_data()
  File "/usr/sbin/ntplogtemp", line 300, in log_data
    logData(Logger, zone.get_data())
                    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
  File "/usr/sbin/ntplogtemp", line 211, in get_data
    for line in _zone_data:
OSError: [Errno 61] No data available

I don't yet know whether this "has a major effect on the usability of" the
ntpviz package.

Thanks,

Roger
