It would be really useful to have a way to relate phone numbers with addresses;
that way, it would be possible to know, for example, what phone number to use
when calling one person to job #1 or job #2 (other examples come to mind).
Maybe just being able to set a text tag on each address and phone number (and
why not, e-mail box, too) would be enough.

The gnome-pim package has been removed from Debian. The reason is that it
is "old, obsolete, unmaintained upstream, and doesn't work properly. Better
alternatives (Evolution, Contacts, ...) are available in Debian."
