Hi Dylan,
mmssrc is present in the gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad package (since
0.10.1), and the sample URL works, so I'm closing this bug.
MMS streams usually contain codecs that Debian's GStreamer will be
unable to decode anyway, so I wouldn't expect too much.
