As mentioned in the upstream report, the styling is broken in RT5.
There is an rt5 branch from upstream, so in the worst case, it may be
possible to apply those changes if there's no upstream release by the time
we want to upload RT5 to unstable (and drop RT4).

Best Practical fixed RT::Extension::RepeatTicket for RT5 in 2021, it was
uploaded to Sid in 2023 with v2.03-1.
It is currently in Trixie.
