Hi,

I started seeing sunxi-tools failing to cross build. apt's solver3 seems
to be unhappy about the host architecture ruby dependency. Looking into
it, I figured that while the source contains a ruby script, it's not
actually run during build, so the ruby dependency is entirely unused.
Dropping it does not change the binary .deb artifacts by a single bit.
Hence that's what I'm proposing here.

Helmut
