Package: cereal
Version: 0.24-1

On a physical server using two 8 port USB to serial adapters using the
pl2303 chipset, which was running 12 cereal instances, about 5 cereal
instances stopped logging for no apparent reason, all on the same day.

Work was done in the colo on that day, so some of them might have been
bumped or even unplugged, however, in a test environment, we failed to
get cereal to stop logging even after unplugging the physical
connection.
