statsprocessor is one of those rare packages that have a native build
pass. When adding it the compiler flags were pretty uniform across
architectures now with PAC/BTI they tend to differ between arm64 and
amd64 in incompatible ways and we must be more precise. We must tell
debhelper to recompute them for the native pass or we see something like
this:

    cc: error: unrecognized command-line option ‘-mbranch-protection=standard’
