Dear Maintainer,
After the help needed thread, I submitted MR !6 to the mono repo on
salsa to try to improve the repacking of upstream source. It uses the
standard d/copyright "Files-Excluded" field instead of d/rules target.
Would be great if you could review that and give some feedback on
whether it helps or close the MR.
