Messages stored in the 'Trash' folder do not count against the user's
maildir quota. By disabling the auto-purge feature, the user could
indefinately store unlimited e-mail in thier Trash folder.
Either all mail in the user's Maildir (including the Trash folder) should
count against their quota, or it should all count against their quota once
they disable auto-purge. (My personal preference is the former--perhaps it
could be configurable, though, by the system admin?)
