Teodor Sigaev has make a MySpell to ISpell converter.
The makefile needed for the conversion is here (only this file is needed):

Can you replace the actual ISpell dictionary (only 185.000 words) with
the MySpell one (3.338.774 words without elision and 33.297.692 with
elision)?

or in the myspell-it Debian package
The license is GPL >= 3.0
Can be also good to have the my2ispell into a Debian package.
