Dear Maintainer,
geophar autopkgtests currently depends on python3-sip, which is part of
deprecated sip4 package. That package is not in testing and I am going to
remove it from unstable at some point (it is replaced by sip6).
It looks like sip import is no longer needed, and it was removed in the
following upstream commit:
https://github.com/wxgeo/geophar/commit/d4ca4b5e48087b1f
Please apply this patch and remove the dependency.
