Dear Maintainer,
The pcre2 package is currently built using autoconf/configure. The problem
with this is that essential cmake configuration files are not installed and
thus missing on a regular Debian system.
Swithing to using cmake for building and installing fixes this problem.
I've included a patch that seems to work on my system.

However, I just found out that these config files don't work as they are
supposed to work. So you can close this issue, upstream will have to be
fixed first.
OK, doing so. I'd hope that cmake can find + use a fairly simple library
like pcre2 without too much hassle anyway...

Matthew
