Package: gnome-clocks

Since the merge of
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-clocks/-/merge_requests/253, GNOME
Clocks uses GTK MediaStream, which is provided by
libgtk-4-media-gstreamer, but that package has not been added to the
dependencies of gnome-clocks in Debian. This results in no sound for
events (alarms, countdown timers). Manually installing the package fixes
the issue.

libgtk-4-media-gstreamer is now statically compiled into libgtk-4-1.
This decision was made upstream for gtk 4.20. That means this issue is
solved for all apps as soon as gtk 4.20 is available.
