Dear Maintainer,
I attempted to install the `postgresql-17` package on Debian Trixie (amd64),
but the installation fails because the dependent package `postgresql-client-17`
cannot be fetched. This prevents `postgresql-17` from being installed at all.
Steps I followed:
1. Ran `sudo apt update` to refresh the package lists.
2. Ran `sudo apt install postgresql-17`.
Observed output:

please run `apt update` first. You are missing the 13.1 trixie update.
