Package: postgresql-17
Version: 17.6-0+deb13u1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

when trying to upgrade from bookworm to trixie postgresql get uninstalled.

After an "apt upgrade" to trixie I get this:

# apt install postgresql-17
...
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
apt : Depends: libgnutls30 (>= 3.7.5) but it is not going to be installed

However libgnutls30 is installed but stays on bookworm:

# apt policy libgnutls30
libgnutls30:
  Installed: 3.7.9-2+deb12u5
  Candidate: 3.7.9-2+deb12u5
  Version table:
 *** 3.7.9-2+deb12u5 100
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

# apt search libgnutls30
Sorting... Done
Full Text Search... Done
libgnutls30/now 3.7.9-2+deb12u5 armhf [installed,local]
GNU TLS library - main runtime library

libgnutls30t64/stable 3.8.9-3 armhf
GNU TLS library - main runtime library

This looks either like a missing/broken dependany (I failed to find the
culprit) or like a problem with 32bit support.

Thinking a bit more about it, PostgreSQL does not even depend on
gnutls. The system seems generally messed up, that's nothing we can
fix from the PG side.
