I see that this package exists for testing/unstable but not available
in stable repositories.
Can we add it to the stable repos?

Packages are generally first uploaded to unstable and they will be migrated to
testing after a certain number of days automatically.
Packages only migrate to stable when a new debian stable version is released
roughly once every 2 years.
With the new release of trixie (debian 13). ereandel is now available in
debian stable. Thus, this bug can be closed.
