Dear Maintainer,

I won't test the firefox-esr (140.3.0esr-1~deb13u1 upgrade, it needs to go to
testing first.

When you, or the security team do this, forcing a Major upgrade to this
browser, it potentially
breaks a lot of established relationships with webmail and other services. In
addition, it forces
me to review a ton of security-related settings, and figure out what has
changed between so many
versions. The release notes for 1.40 won't help, the entire upgrade notes for
ALL versions since
1.28 need to be reviewed. Isn't that a security team task?

I mean really, can we do better?

Thank You,
bw
