Source: aplus-fsf
Severity: normal
Control: block 1068809 by -1
dpkg since 2016 creates .buildinfo files for all packages,
and dh-buildinfo reduces reproducibility (especially when cross-building).
Thus, dh-buildinfo is slated for removal.
Please remove it from the Build-Depends: list of aplus-fsf
(see #1068809 for more information).
This transition most likely amounts to just
(a) removing Build-Depends: dh-buildinfo from d/control, and
(b) removing mentions of "dh_buildinfo" and "--with buildinfo" from d/rules.
You're receiving this message because aplus-fsf doesn't have a valid VCS on file
(or is not accepting MRs on Salsa).
