Hi,
I've just started the papi 7.2 transition. While a binNMU by the release
team would be sufficient, I noticed a difference by the architectures by
papi in papi and starpu. E.g. papi 7.2 adds support for riscv64.
I'd recommend switching from the whitelist to a shorter blacklist
excluding the architecures where papi does not build.
