Without this dependency, libopaque.so is a dangling symlink
and instead of the desirable shared linking the static
libopaque.a is used.
In a related note, the dependency on python3-opaque on
libopaque0 should also likely be (= ${binary:Version})
since the module might not work with an ancient version
of the library.
