The dead lock was appeared starting from version 1.2.10 and it causes of hang
programs with grabbing images from video.
The dead lock is performed in xine_play():

Whole back trace I am including in the file libxine.bt.
For the problem fixing I just switched the mutex display_queue.mutex to the
recursive mode.
