it works correctly by asking root's password(Popup window) when running with 
gdb. when usual running way without 'gdb' it crash. (nautilus dies & restarts).

As you can see above there is some messages to notify : "Authentication 
Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols blah~ blah~". (<-- 
before I typ'in Root password AND before launching root graded nautilus pops 
up).

with first run it saves root password for current login session.
So the latter statement(my '.. before launching ~') means it already, may has 
got root password information.
