Package: gdm3
Version: 3.0.4-4
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Command : aptitude update gdm3
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
Nothing special
* What was the outcome of this action?
English translation of french output of my system :
uncompress of gdm3 update
trigers <<hicolor-icon-theme>>
trigers <<gconf2>>
WARNING: node not understood below (this output was displayed eight times)
trigers <man-db>
setting up gdm3 (3.0.4-4)
scheduling reload of GNOME Display Manager configuration:
gdm3/tmp/gdm-FVS2CJ/org.gnome.settings-daemon.gtk-modules-packagekit.gschema.xml:
error line 3 character 1 : already defined. All the file was ignored
* What outcome did you expect instead?
End of configuration script of gdm3 package update without any error.
Moreover since this update all my xserver seem to crash and I can't get access
to any console, ps aux report 236 Xorg displays from linked to a
gnome-simple-slave process that can't be killed.
I had to write this report from iphone ssh session on my laptop that wasn't
really easy.
Please help me to solve that problem. You can contact me if needed.
Best regards,
Guillaume
