OS: Debian 9.1
When I am trying to start gnome using gdm3 service, it freezes and there is no
possibility get the login screen.
While I use sddm, everything works and I can reach login screen and log in the
system.
I used to work on Debian 8 and it worked. The machine the Debian is running on
is virtual private server on virtio.

There have been many changes to Debian since this bug was originally
reported. If you are still experiencing this issue with Debian 13 (or
with Debian 12 or Testing or Unstable), please report a new bug.
