Dear Maintainer
During the install of Debian I selected English as language and Norwegian as
the keyboard layout. After using the system for a while the layout falls back
to US.
To get the layout back to Norwegian I went to the Layout tab in the Region and
Language settings. Norwegian was the only layout available, but I installed
English (US) as well. With both layouts available I am amble to toggle between
them, but the selection of the Norwegian layout is not remembered, even though
shows up as selected. Some times I must actively select the US layout to
activate the Norwegian layout.
The expected behavior is that the system keeps the keyboard layout I select
during install, and doesn't fall back to any other layout when I select a
layout in the Region and Language settings.
