I confirm that the app is too large for a 600px height screen, but it
works for a 768px height screen.
This isn't an issue that the Debian GNOME team is going to try to
handle downstream in Debian nor do we wish to track the status of this
in the Debian bug tracker. You could try reporting this issue
upstream.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07G5JJHRS suggests that this netbook
should support 1280x800 resolution so maybe you just need to adjust
your screen resolution.
