Dear Maintainer,
When the extension enabling to hide the top bar is enabled, the notifications
are shown at the top of the screen. However, the top bar may be visible
because of the options "Only hide the panel when a window takes the space" and
"Only when the active window takes the space". In this case, the notifications
will be displayed *under* the top bar. The notification system should check
the visibility dynamically.
