* gnome-software data is empty on stretch fresh install.
* When I changed settings>region languages>Formats in GNOME to English,
"magically" gnome-software are now working fine.
* Then, I changed back Regional Format to Argentina, and gnome-software it's
still working.
* Previously, I ran `sudo appstreamcli refresh --force --verbose` with not
success.
