I noticed this "python3-extras" package being autoremoved from my desktop
system today.
python-os-client-config is the very last package having a
(spurious) build dependency on python3-extras.
Please drop this uneeded dependency.
I let you judge for python3-extras itself,
I don't even know what it does.
