we need to set
TMPDIR=/srv/builder.tag2upload.debian.org/tmp
in the environment of autopkgtest-virt-podman, on the builder VM.
I thknk this would most sensibly be done in the systemd unit file,
in the arguments for specifying the autopkgtest virt server,
with the help of env(1) ?
