The trayicon fails to be swallowed by my gnome panel when the option
"Check new mail on startup" is activated and there are a few hundred
mails to fetch. The trayicon exists, but only consists of the frame with
no icon visibel (windowmanager = sawfish).
Workaround: Disable "Check new mail on startup"
