Hi,

lubgpgme went through an sobump and is now at libgpgme45.
This broke melis' signing/encrypting facilties. Please adjust the patch 
to work with the newer libgpgme45.so.

If the program absolutely never works without it, not works but for
some unusual installations, then please file a separate bugreport about
it.
