Package: emacs-lucid
Version: 1:30.1+1-5
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]
Dear Maintainer,
When I run emacs-lucid, the normal Emacs icon is replaced with a thick
black outline square in the following contexts:
- Xfce Window Buttons applet
- Xfce Window List applet
- minimized window (when xfdesktop is configured to show "minimized
application icons")
I currently see this with the Debian-packaged Emacs 30.1. I've also
seen it with Emacs 30.0.93, which I built from source.
I don't see this problem with emacs-gtk, and I don't see it with other
non-Xfce applications (e.g., Firefox, Synaptic, GIMP).
The Xfce Workspace Switcher applet does not have this problem. That
is, it shows a proper Emacs icon, at least for windows that are
sufficiently large.
