Several applications such as epiphany, devhelp, monodoc, monodevelop
use, as base the gecko engine.
As dependêncy they have mozilla-browser.
My wish is to have a package that could provide gecko, but without
installing mozilla-browser, because i use firefox, but have to allways
have mozilla installed also. Or to install epiphany (a browser) have to
install another browser.

Mozilla can't keep other packages from depending on it. You should open
bugs against the apps that depend on Mozilla and which you wish wouldn't
rather than opening a bug against Mozilla.
