The build continues without zxing support due to incompatible version check,
but still FTBFS due to errors in dh_install.
While the fix in prison upstream is now ready in kf6-prison, backporting patches
onto the old kf5 branch may not be trivial. Another fix could be dropping the
zxing-dev build-dependency since zxing is not a hard dependency to
src:prison-kf5.
