Hi Seyed,

Please stop filing RFSs for packages that cannot be built because of
missing Build-Depends. An ITP is the place to communicate that you are
working on a package. You can post your work-ip-progress git link at an
ITP as well.

A RFS on the other hand is a request for sponsoring a COMPLETE package.

Please reopen this as soon as gxml has cleared NEW.
