I recently upgraded my kernel from 2.6.26-2-686 to 2.6.30-1-686 and my
Edgeport
8 port adapter converter stopped working. The attached kernel log shows
the problem:

My kermrc files no longer work and kermit pauses for a while then gives

Running locate down.fw and boot.fw yields nothing, but I guess that's
okay
