Hi dear Maintainers,
All Haskell package that still requires CDBS to build as of today
will have an explicit dependency on cdbs, so the dependency here
can be removed (from debian/control). This is important to be able
to remove CDBS from the "key packages set".
Moreover this Lintian override becomes extraneous.

be updated to document the current practices:
